takrāranālamadyāni pānāyāriṣṭa eva ca/
takraṃ tu grahaṇīdoṣe dīpanagrāhilāghavāt//
Buttermilk, sour gruel, and wines are for drinks, and also ariṣṭas; / but buttermilk is [best] in grahaṇī disorder because it stimulates digestion, is astringent, and is light.
