kiṭṭamannasya viṇmūtraṃ, rasasya tu kapho 'asṛjaḥ/
pittaṃ, māṃsasya khamalā, malaḥ svedastu medasaḥ//

The waste of food is feces and urine; of rasa, kapha; of blood, / pitta; of flesh, excretions of the cavities; and the waste of fat is sweat;
