sakṛdrūkṣaṃ sakṛtsnigdhaṃ kṛśe bahukaphe hitam/
parīkṣyāmaṃ śarīrasya dīpanaṃ snehasaṃyutam//

dry at one time, unctuous at another, is beneficial for a lean person with abundant kapha. / Having examined the āma of the body, a stimulant of digestive fire combined with unctuous substance [is given];
