prasahānāṃ rasaiḥ sāmlairbhojayet piśitāśinām/
laghu, tīkṣṇoṣṇaśodhitvāddīpayantyāśu te 'analam//
one should feed them with sour meat broths of predatory carnivorous birds and animals; / being light, and because of cleansing by sharp and hot properties, they quickly kindle the digestive fire.
