snehānnavidhibhistadvadantaragnirbhavet sthiraḥ/
hitaṃ jīrṇe mitaṃ cāśnaṃściramārogyamaśnute//

so too the internal digestive fire becomes steady through regimens of unctuous food. / Eating what is wholesome in measured quantity once the previous meal is digested, one enjoys long-lasting health.
