pacatyannaṃ tadārogyapuṣṭyāyurbalavṛddhaye/
doṣairmando 'ativṛddho vā viṣamairjanayedgadān//
digests food for the increase of health, nourishment, lifespan, and strength; / but when sluggish or excessively increased due to imbalanced doṣas, it produces diseases.
