sarvadehagataṃ śukraṃ pravadanti manīṣiṇaḥ/
tathā 'asthimadhyamajjñaśca śukraṃ bhavati dehinām//
the wise declare semen to pervade the entire body; / and so too semen comes from the marrow inside the bones of embodied beings.
