medasastāni pūryante sneho majjā tataḥ smṛtaḥ/
tasmānmajjñastu yaḥ snehaḥ śukraṃ saṃjāyate tataḥ//
they are filled with fat, and the unctuous essence is therefore known as marrow. / And the unctuous essence of that marrow—from that, semen is born.
