vilīnaṃ ghṛtavadvyāyāmoṣmaṇā sthānavicyutam/
bastau saṃbhṛtya niryāti sthalānnimnādivodakam//)

Melted like ghee by the heat of exercise and dislodged from its place, / having collected in the bladder, it departs, like water from high ground to low."
