yo hi bhuṅkte vidhiṃ tyaktvā grahaṇīdoṣajān gadān/
sa laulyāllabhate śīghraṃ, vakṣyante 'ataḥ paraṃ tu te//
He who eats disregarding proper rules quickly contracts diseases born of grahaṇī disorders / out of gluttony; these will now be described.
