śūnapādakaraḥ sāsthiparvaruk chardanaṃ jvaraḥ/
&lohāmagandhistiktāmla udgāraścāsya jāyate//

with swollen feet and hands, pain in the bones and joints, vomiting, fever, / and eructation that smells of iron and raw matter, and tastes bitter and sour.
