jīrṇe jīryati cādhmānaṃ bhukte svāsthyamupaiti ca/
sa vātagulmahṛdrogaplīhāśaṅkī ca mānavaḥ//
When food is digested and being digested, flatulence occurs, and upon eating he attains ease; / and that man suspects wind-gulma, heart disease, or spleen disease.
