āmaliṅgānvitaṃ dṛṣṭvā sukhoṣṇenāmbunoddharet/
phalānāṃ vā kaṣāyeṇa pippalīsarṣapaistathā//
observing it to be accompanied by symptoms of āma, one should evacuate it with comfortably warm water, / or with a decoction of [madana] fruit, and likewise with pippalī and mustard.
