jñātvā tu paripakvāmaṃ mārutagrahaṇīgadam/
dīpanīyayutaṃ sarpiḥ pāyayetālpaśo bhiṣak//
Having recognized, however, that the āma has fully ripened in the vāta-type grahaṇī disease, / the physician should administer ghee combined with digestive stimulants in small doses.
