vikalpyametadbhiṣajā pṛthagdoṣabalaṃ prati/
vātike shehabhūyiṣṭaṃ, paittike tiktaśītalam//

This should be varied by the physician according to the strength of each doṣa:
in a vātika case, predominantly unctuous; in a paittika case, bitter and cooling;
