kaphasaṃmūrcchito vāyuḥ sthānāt pittaṃ kṣipedbalī/
hāridranetramūtratvak śvetavarcāstadā naraḥ//

vāyu, intensifying with kapha, forcibly expels pitta from its site;
then a person develops turmeric-yellow eyes, urine, and skin, and white stool;
