pittalasyācitaṃ pittaṃ yathoktaiḥ svaiḥ prakopaṇaiḥ/
dūṣayitvā tu raktādīn pāṇḍurogāya kalpate//

Pitta, accumulated in one prone to pitta through its own aforementioned provoking causes,
corrupts blood and the other [dhātus], bringing about pāṇḍuroga.
