6.16.83

mākṣikeṇāplutaṃ sthāpyamāyase bhājane śubhe/
udumbarasamāṃ mātrāṃ tataḥ khādedyathāgni nā//

drenched with honey, and kept in an auspicious iron vessel.
Then, according to digestive power, a man should eat a dose equal to an udumbara fruit;
