saśarkarāṃ tāmalakīṃ drākṣāṃ gośvaśakṛdrasam/
tulyaṃ guḍaṃ nāgaraṃ ca prāśayennāvayettathā//
One should administer as food and as nasal drops tāmalakī with sugar, grapes, / fresh dung juice of a cow or horse, equal parts of jaggery, and dry ginger.
