tataḥ śleṣmaṇi saṃvṛddhe vamanaṃ pāyayettu tam/
pippalīsaindhavakṣaudrairyuktaṃ vātāvirodhi yat//
Then, when the phlegm has increased, one should administer to him an emetic / combined with pippalī, rock salt, and honey, which does not conflict with vāta.
