śarādipañcamūlasya pippalīdrākṣayostathā/
kaṣāyeṇa śṛtaṃ kṣīraṃ pibet samadhuśarkaram//
One should drink milk boiled with a decoction of the śarādi pañcamūla, / and likewise of pippalī and grape, together with honey and sugar.
