kṣīrasarpirmadhuprāyā saṃsarge tu viśeṣaṇam//
For those overcome by chest-injury cough, the regimen should be that for pitta cough, / consisting mostly of milk, ghee, and honey, but with distinctions when combined [with other doṣas].
