6.18.141

māṃsocitebhyaḥ kṣāmebhyo lāvādīnāṃ rasā hitāḥ/
tṛṣṇārtānāṃ payaśchāgaṃ śaramūlādibhiḥ śṛtam//

For the emaciated who are accustomed to meat, meat juices of quail and other birds are beneficial; / for those tormented by thirst, goat's milk boiled with the root of śara and other [grasses].
