6.18.150

tasmai bṛṃhaṇamevādau kuryādagneśca dīpanam/
bahudoṣāya sasnehaṃ mṛdu dadyādvirecanam//

For him, one should first administer only nourishing therapy and kindle the digestive fire; / if the doṣas are copious, one should administer a mild purgation accompanied by unctuous substance.
