gurvabhiṣyandimadhurasnigdhasvapnāviceṣṭanaiḥ/
vṛddhaḥ śleṣmā 'anilaṃ ruddhvā &kaphakāsaṃ karoti hi//
Through heavy, abhishyandi, sweet, unctuous items, sleep, and lack of activity, / increased phlegm obstructs the wind and causes kapha cough.
