peyā cotkārikā ccharditṛṭkāsāmātisāranut/
gaurasarṣapagaṇḍīraviḍaṅgavyoṣacitrakān/
sābhayān sādhayettoye yavāgūṃ tena cāmbhasā//
Peyā and utkārikā remove vomiting, thirst, cough, and āma-diarrhoea. / One should cook yellow mustard, gaṇḍīra, viḍaṅga, the three pungents, citraka, / together with abhayā in water, and with that water, a gruel.
