6.18.45

siddhaṃ taddaśabhiḥ kalkairnasyapānānuvāsanaiḥ/
samīkṣya vātarogeṣu yathāvasthaṃ prayojayet//

An āḍhaka of ghee, with an equal quantity of milk, prepared with the ten jīvanīya drugs / in pastes measuring a pala each—having considered the condition, one should use it in vāta diseases as nasal drops, draughts, and unctuous enemata.
