kramaḥ kāryaḥ paraṃ bhojyaiḥ snehairlehaiśca śasyate//
An unctuous-cold regimen should be employed when kapha is thin; dry-cold when kapha is thick; / thereafter, it is praised through foods, fats, and lickable remedies.
