lehayenmadhunā gorvā &kṣīrapaṃ ca śakṛdrasam//
Fifty mṛdvīkās, thirty pippalīs, and a pala of sugar / one should have [the patient] lick with honey; or the fresh dung juice of a milk-fed calf.
