mudgādiyūṣaiḥ śākaiśca tiktakairmātrayā hitāḥ//
Śyāmāka, barley, and kodrava with sweet meat juices of arid animals, / with soups of mudga and other pulses, and with bitter vegetables, are beneficial in measured amounts.
