tasmādupekṣetotkliṣṭān vartamānān svayaṃ malān/
kṛchraṃ vā vahatāṃ dadyādabhayāṃ saṃpravartinīm//
Therefore, one should leave irritated wastes that are flowing on their own alone; / or to those who pass them with difficulty, one should give abhayā to promote their expulsion.
