vibaddhavātavarcāstu bahuśūlapravāhikaḥ/
saraktapicchastṛṣṇārtaḥ kṣīrasauhityamarhati//
One whose flatus and faeces are obstructed, who has severe pain and tenesmus, / with blood and mucus, and afflicted by thirst, deserves satiation with milk.
