6.19.5_1

tasya rūpāṇi---vijjalamāmaṃ viplutamavasādi rūkṣaṃ dravaṃ saśūlamāmagandhamīṣacchabdamaśabdaṃ vā vibaddhamūtravātamatisāryate purīṣaṃ, vāyuścāntaḥkoṣṭhe saśabdaśūlastiryak carati vibaddha ityāmātisāro vātāt/

Its symptoms: slimy, āma, floating, sinking, dry, liquid, painful, with the smell of raw meat, with slight sound or soundless, with retention of urine and flatus, feces is passed, and vāta moves transversely with sound and pain in the inner belly, obstructed: this is āmātisāra from vāta.
