sāṃsargyāṃ kriyamāṇāyāṃ śūlaṃ yadyanuvartate/
srutadoṣasya taṃ śīghraṃ yathāvadanuvāsayet//
If colic persists while the dietetic sequence is being carried out / in one whose doshas have been drained, one should quickly give him an unctuous enema in the proper manner:
