pittāpisārajvaraśothagulmajīrṇātisāragrahaṇīpradoṣān/
jayatyayaṃ śīghramatipravṛddhān virecanāsthāpanayośca &bastiḥ//
This enema quickly overcomes very severe pittātisāra, fever, swelling, gulma, / chronic diarrhea, and disorders of the grahaṇī, as well as [complications of] purgation and non-unctuous enemas.
