tat prakupitaṃ dravatvādūṣmāṇamupahatya purīṣāśayavisṛtamauṣṇyād dravatvāt saratvācca bhittvā purīṣamatisārāya prakalpate/

That [pitta], aggravated, impairs the bodily heat on account of its liquidity, spreads into the receptacle of feces, breaks down the feces on account of its heat, liquidity, and mobility, and brings about diarrhoea.
