srotaḥsu śuddheṣvamale śarīre vṛṣyaṃ yadā nā mitamatti kāle/
vṛṣāyate tena paraṃ manuṣyastadbṛṃhaṇaṃ caiva balapradaṃ ca//
When the channels are cleansed in a spotless body, and a man eats virilising [food] in proper measure at the right time,
by that a human becomes supremely virile; and that is nourishing and strength-granting.
