The Compendium of Caraka 6.20.25

6.20.25

vyoṣeṇa yuktāṃ lavaṇaistribhiśca ghṛtasya mātrāmathavā vidadhyāt/
snigdhāni gṛdyāni ca bhojanāni rasaiḥ sayūṣairdadhidāḍimāmlaiḥ//

Or one should administer a dose of ghee mixed with the three pungents and the three salts,
and unctuous, agreeable meals with meat juices and soups soured with curd and pomegranate.
