The Compendium of Caraka 6.20.31

6.20.31

niśi sthitaṃ vāri samudgakṛṣṇaṃ sośīradhānyaṃ caṇakodakaṃ vā/
gavedhukāmūlajalaṃ guḍūcyā jalaṃ pibedikṣurasaṃ payo vā//

Or water kept overnight with mudga and kṛṣṇā, with uśīra and coriander, or chickpea water;
one should drink water of gavedhukā root, water of guḍūcī, sugarcane juice, or milk.
