6.20.40

yaiṣā pṛthaktvena mayā kriyoktā tāṃ sannipāte 'api &samasya buddhyā/
doṣarturogāgnibalānyavekṣya prayojayecchāstravidapramattaḥ//

The treatment which has thus been stated by me separately, combining it with intellect even in a combination of all three humors,
having considered the humor, season, disease, and the strength of the digestive fire, the knower of the treatise should apply heedfully.
