6.20.6

doṣaiḥ &pṛthaktriprabhavāścatasro dviṣṭārthayogādapi pañcamī syāt/
tāsāṃ hṛdutkleśakaphaprasekau dveṣo 'aśane caiva hi pūrvarūpam//

Four arise from the doṣas individually and from all three combined, and there is also a fifth from contact with abhorrent things. / Nausea, spitting of phlegm, and aversion to food are indeed their premonitory signs.
