āmāśayotkleśakṛtāṃ ca marma prapīḍayaṃśchardimudīrayettu/
hṛtpārśvapīḍāmukhaśoṣamūrdhanābhyartikāsasvarabhedatodaiḥ//
and oppressing the vital parts, produces vomiting caused by the agitation of the stomach, / accompanied by pain in the heart and flanks, dryness of the mouth, piercing pain in the head and navel, cough, hoarseness, and aching.
