athāsya dāhaḥ kṣāreṇa &śarairhemnā 'atha vā hitaḥ/
pākibhiḥ pācayitvā vā pāṭayitvā samuddharet//
then cauterization of it with alkali, or with arrows or gold, is beneficial; / or having caused it to suppurate with suppuratives, and having split it, one should extract it.
