doṣe koṣṭhagate bhūya etat kuryāccikitsitam/
śākhyāduṣṭe tu rudhire raktamevādito haret//
When the doṣa has entered the koṣṭha, one should repeatedly perform this treatment; / but when the blood is vitiated through the tissues, one should first of all remove that very blood.
