kākāṇḍaśirīṣābhyāṃ svarasenāścyotanāñjane nasyam/
syātpañcame 'atha ṣaṣṭhe saṃjñāyāḥ sthāpanaṃ kāryam//
With the fresh juice of kākāṇḍa and śirīṣa, eye-drops, collyrium, and nasal errhine / should be given in the fifth; then in the sixth, resuscitation of consciousness should be performed.
