vātasthāne svedo dadhnā natakuṣṭhakalkapānaṃ ca/
ghṛtamadhupayo 'ambupānāvagāhasekāśca pittasthe//
In the seat of vāta, sweating, and drinking a paste of nata and kuṣṭha with curd; / in the seat of pitta, drinking ghee, honey, milk, and water, as well as tub-baths and affusions.
