arśaḥsvānaddheṣu ca gudalepo yonilepanaṃ strīṇām/
mūḍhe garbhe duṣṭe lalāṭalepaḥ pratiśyāye//

In piles and abdominal distension, an ointment to the rectum; an ointment to the vagina for women / in obstructed labor and corrupted conditions; an ointment on the forehead in catarrh;
