ānaddhe gudalepo yonau lepaśca mūḍhagarbhāṇām/
mūrcchārtiṣu ca lalāṭe pralepanamāhuḥ pradhānatamam//
In abdominal distension, an ointment to the rectum, and an ointment to the vagina in cases of obstructed labor; / and in the distress of fainting, they declare application of a cool unguent to the forehead to be foremost.
