yā surā suragandharvayakṣarākṣasamānuṣaiḥ/
ratiḥ suretyabhihitā tāṃ surāṃ vidhinā pibet//
which liquor is declared to be pleasure itself as surā by gods, gandharvas, yakṣas, rākṣasas, and humans— / that surā one should drink in the proper manner.
