nākṣobhya hi mano madyaṃ śarīramavihatya ca/
kuryānmadātyayaṃ tasmādeṣṭavyā harṣaṇī kriyā//
For wine does not cause intoxication syndrome without perturbing the mind / and afflicting the body; therefore, gladdening treatment is desired.
